Horse Walker
Horse walkerGentle work in our supervised indoor horse walker is often the initial reintroduction to exercise. The walker is supplied by Claydon and has 5 separate compartments (Claydon can be contacted on 01926 811526).

The interior and exterior walls of the walker are rubber to cushion the sides. The floor is also rubber to prevent slipping and to absorb impact, giving a safe and secure way to exercise.
Treadmill

TreadmillOur Horse-Gym 2000 Treadmill is used in conjunction with the horse walker. It is electronically programmed to allow for a progressive regime where speeds can be adjusted up to 10 km/hour with varying gradients. It has a built in automatic shutdown for safety. The surface simulates natural grass and is used as part of a more intense muscle building exercise programme.

We believe that both the walker and treadmill are extremely beneficial in helping a horse to build up fitness and strength. All quotes include the use of these facilities at no extra cost.

Indoor Sand School

The indoor school is approximately 60mx60m and is an ideal arena for light to moderate exercise. It is designed for loose schooling to prepare a horse for safe turn out.

Sand schoolIt has a rubber base and is filled with Eurotrack silicon sand (supplied by Parkway) which is similar to that in use at Lingfield all weather race track. This unique floor covering minimises any jarring to the horse during exercise and combines freedom with safety.
